Description

This beautiful 6 person house in Moraira is located in a cozy residential area with a large communal pool adjacent to the garden and beautiful sea and pool views . The house consists of 2 floors. The upper floor has a cozy living room with air conditioning (hot / cold) and a fireplace, practical kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet and a covered terrace with sitting area from where you have a beautiful view of the sea and the communal pool. A staircase on the left outside the house leads to the garden and there you will find the entrance to the apartment below. The apartment has a fully furnished living room, 1 bedroom with air conditioning and 2 single beds, kitchen and a bathroom, where you will also find the washing machine. Also in front of the apartment is a covered terrace with a seating area, and then the garden with 4 sunbeds, umbrellas and various seating areas and a barbecue. So the house has several places where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the shade but also a large sun terrace. Adjacent to the garden you will find the beautiful communal swimming pool. This pool also has a child-friendly part. Only the people living in the surrounding houses are allowed to use the pool so it is never very crowded. Moraira center and the Ampolla beach is about 5 minutes drive from the house. The golf course of Club de Ifach in Benissa can be reached within a few minutes drive as well as the large supermarket Pepe la Sal. You can park your car in front of the house next to the entrance.
The indicated rental price per week is for maximum 4 persons and only the upper floor. The downstairs apartment remains closed. If you want to rent the house for 5 or 6 people, or with 2 to 4 people but also want to use the apartment then the additional cost per week 200 euros.
A dog is welcome. A dog basket and food bowls are available.

To complete the picture there is a wireless broadband internet connection, Dutch television and movies on demand, smart TV and and Sonos music system.

Electricity
Water and gas consumption is included in the rental price. electricity  0.39 per kWh will be charged to you.

Cleaning costs
The cleaning costs are 100 euro when using the apartment. If you also rent the apartment, the final cleaning is 125 euros. The rental and final cleaning of bed linen and towels is 2,50 euro per person per day with a minimum of  17,50 euros. Upon arrival we would like to receive a deposit of 250, – euro which you, upon departure, will receive back from us with any damage deducted.

On arrival we will ask you for a deposit of 250,- euro which you will receive back from us on your departure, minus any damages made.
