When you enter the beautiful Casa Magia with private pool, located in Benissa Costa, you immediately feel at home. What a lovely relaxed atmosphere there is in this villa. Beautifully decorated! And then that lovely tropical garden with private pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea! Everywhere you will find lovely places to laze, eat and drink or read a book.
This villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and 4 bathrooms.
When you enter the villa, you will find the beautiful and modern living room with beautiful views, with adjacent the fully equipped kitchen and the bright dining room, again with those great views of mountains and sea.
Also on this floor you will find a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate toilet.
A staircase inside the house takes you to the lower floor where you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is absolutely amazing with that beautiful bath!
From this floor, via outside, you go down a staircase where you find a covered terrace (said in Spanish as a naya) with a dining table and chairs. What a lovely place to eat, play a game or have a drink. Down another flight of stairs you’ll find a studio with a single bed (where a bed can be put next to it), fridge and a shower with toilet. This nice studio is especially suitable for older children from around 14 who dare to sleep alone or someone alone or a young couple. But they will have a lovely place all to themselves!

And then that garden with swimming pool…. In this beautiful tropical garden with sea view, besides the pool, you will find sun beds, a hammock, a lounge set, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and fridge and a covered lounge area.

This villa is perfect for 2 or 3 families, but perhaps less suitable for very small children, as there are several stairs inside and outside the villa. But the villa is also very suitable for people who want to come as a couple or four!

The supermarket de Pepe la Sal on the coastal road is less than a 5-minute drive from this villa. Moraira centre and the big Ampolla beach with a 12-minute drive. But don’t forget the beautiful smaller rocky beaches between Moraira and Calpe.
The first one, Baladrar with a very cozy Chiringuito, is only 6 or 7 minutes away by car.

The villa offers a lot of privacy and is located in a very quiet neighborhood in Benissa Costa. You can park your car in front of the entrance gate in a very quiet street. Soon it will be possible to park your car indoors.
Of course there is internet and wifi in the villa!

Because we do not want only the larger groups to enjoy this beautiful villa we have a graduated price for up to 6 people, 7 to 8 people and 9-10 people.
