Water and electricity

Water and gas consumption and 100 KWh electricity is included in the price. If you use more than this 100 KWh per week, we will charge you for the extra KWh’s at 0.39 euro.

The final cleaning costs are 100 euros. The rental of bed linen and towels is 2.50 euros per person per day with a minimum of 17.50 euros per person. We will ask you for a deposit of 250,- euro on arrival, which you will receive back from us on departure with any damage deducted.
