This new, modern and luxurious Ibiza style villa with private pool in the popular El Portet area can accommodate 6 people and 1 baby. The villa is located just a 2-minute drive from the beautiful El Portet beach and a 5-minute drive from Moraira’s village centre.

The villa was completed at the end of May 2024 and is therefore brand new! What a luxury! Through the electric gate you enter the property where you can safely park your car. When you enter the villa, you enter through the hall, where you find the separate toilet on the left-hand side and right in front of you the beautiful staircase to the upper floor, into the modern and bright living-dining room with sliding doors to the terrace and pool and the modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a fridge with freezer drawers, a dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, orange squeezer etc.. A beautiful staircase in the hall leads to the first floor where you will find the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a sliding door and a balcony and ensuite a beautiful bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have new and very comfortable beds.

The living room and the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning.
From the living room, when opening the sliding doors, you enter directly onto the terrace with swimming pool. Here you will find a spacious sun terrace as well as a covered terrace with a dining area with 6 comfortable armchairs and a barbecue. On the sun terrace are 2 lovely comfortable sunbeds, a 5-person lounge set and two 2-person love-seats. You will also find a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Of course, there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron as well as a tumble dryer.
Besides all this luxury, there is also free internet Wi-Fi and Dutch-language television.

Water and electricity
Water is included in the rental price. Electricity is charged to you at 0.40 euro per kWh.

Cleaning costs
The final cleaning fee is 175 euros. The rental and final cleaning of bed linen and towels is 2.50 euros per person per day with a minimum of 17.50 euros per person. We will ask you for a deposit of 250,- euros on arrival, which you will receive back from us on departure, minus the electricity used and any damage caused.
