Villa Girasol is an attractive Spanish holiday villa with private pool in Moraira only 2.5 kilometres from Moraira centre and the sandy beaches! As soon as you enter the enclosed grounds you will immediately notice that everything has been taken care of down to the last detail! The tropical garden is beautiful! The covered terrace in front of the house has a cozy sitting area! Through the front door you enter the 4 persons dining room and the living room of the villa. The modern open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, dolce gusto coffee maker, juicer etc.etc.. On this floor you will also find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Through the living room you enter a small terrace with access to the roof terrace with beautiful views over the pool!

Back in the living room we come through a door into a double bedroom with shower and toilet. You will also find a 2nd door that takes you to a bedroom with a bunk bed with also a bathroom with shower and toilet. That room is also closed with French doors. When you open these doors you will enter a double bedroom. After that you will enter a cozy separate flat with sofa bed, dining area, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. In this flat there is a sofa bed which is also very suitable as a double bed when you want to rent the villa with a large group of people. On this floor you will also find a spacious bedroom. In total this villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and therefore also the living room of the flat where there is a sofa bed. The house is therefore suitable for 2 to 8 people! The flat also has a small terrace with beautiful views. But because of the different floors and closed rooms the villa is also very suitable for 2 persons. Each room has its own cosy character!

Through the garden or through the flat you reach your private swimming pool with spacious terrace with 6 sun beds and a cozy outdoor kitchen with 2 fridges, barbecue and a cooking ring. The garden and pool are south facing so you can enjoy the sun all day long. All ingredients are present for a wonderful holiday! In a separate room under the villa you will find the washing machine and dryer.

You can use the WIFI for free and there is Dutch television available!
The prices are incl. 100 KwH per week. If you use more than 100 KwH per week we will charge you a 0,39 ct per KwH.

31 August 2024 to 28 December 2024 995,- euro per week

Water and electricity
Water and gas consumption and 100 KW electricity per week are included in the rental price.

Cleaning costs and rent of bed linen and towels
The cleaning costs are 175 euros. The rent of bed linen and towels is obligatory and costs 2,50 euro per person per day. On arrival we will ask you for a deposit of 300,- euro which you will receive back from us on your departure, with any damages deducted.
