The villa and its furnishings are brand new! The property is enclosed by an electric gate so you can safely park your car on your own property. When you enter the villa you will find the living room with a 3-seater sofa and armchair, a dining area with 6 chairs, modern kitchen with luxury appliances (including Smeg), 1 bedroom with a double bed (180×200) with an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90×200) and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The luxurious kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto and a coffee filter machine), orange squeezer, etc. Stairs outside lead to the heated swimming pool, sun terrace and covered terrace. On this floor in the villa you will find a hall with a washing machine and an extra fridge, the 3rd bedroom with a double bed (140×200) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Villa Rembrandt is south-facing so you can enjoy the sun in the morning until sunset, you have sea views and you can see Calpe’s Peñon des Ifach rock. Around the pool you will find 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols. On the sun terrace you will find a cosy covered area with a large dining table with 8 chairs and a gas barbecue.

All bedrooms have air conditioning hot-cold. This makes the villa suitable for both summer and winter rentals.
Of course, there is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Besides all these luxuries, there is also free Wifi and E-pay TV.

Water and electricity
Water is included in the rental price. Electricity is charged to you at 0.40 euro per kWh.

Cleaning costs
Final cleaning is 175 euros. The rental and final cleaning of bed linen and towels is 2,50 per person per day. We will ask you for a deposit of 250,- euros on arrival, which you will receive back from us on departure, minus the electricity used and any damage caused.
